# Clipboard not working with embedded account

I’m running into issues when using copy/paste from tables or results in workbooks.

It works fine with standard users, but when using “embedded users” a “copy” (crtl. C) does not get the value into the clipboard, hence “paste” (ctrl. V) doesn’t work either.

I also noticed that with the standard user the copy value has the “short-cut” listed:

which is not the case on the embedded user:

Hi Klaus, in your embed iFrame are you passing `allow="clipboard-write"`? That’s typically what would cause the discrepancy you’re experiencing.

I’ll look into the shortcut display separately.
