Looking to showcase real-time dashboards in your workspace? While Omni doesn’t have a built-in “TV Mode,” many teams are already setting up clean, always-on dashboard views in their offices. Here’s how:

### ✅ Use Embedded Dashboards

To remove UI extras and create a clean visual experience, we recommend embedding the dashboard. Most folks set up a dedicated “TV user” account with restricted access to only the relevant dashboard(s).

### 🔁 Turn on Auto-Refresh

Omni dashboards support [auto-refresh](https://docs.omni.co/docs/visualization-and-dashboards/dashboards#dashboard-auto-refresh)! Just set the cadence you want, and your dashboard will stay up to date automatically—perfect for passive display.

### 🔐 Handle Authentication

Regarding logging in on the TV, there are a few common solutions:

- **Email Magic Link** : Easy to use and ideal for a standalone TV setup.
- **SAML** : Works well if your org uses SSO and can provision the TV user account via your identity provider.

Note: Sessions do expire eventually due to cookie timeouts, so you may need to re-authenticate every so often.

### 💬 One More Tip

Some teams use a Raspberry Pi or similar device to power the display and cycle through multiple dashboards using tabs or browser plugins.

Already have a setup that works for your team? Share your tips below—we’d love to hear what’s worked for you!

Omni has a Fullscreen mode now (Supported in Embed too) which is perfect for this usecase.

> **[fullscreen:set embed event - Omni Docs](https://docs.omni.co/embed/events/fullscreen-set#fullscreen-set-embed-event)**
>
> Sets the fullscreen presentation state of the embedded Omni session.
