If you’re an Organization Admin, you can use Omni’s “Impersonate User” feature to view Omni as one of your users. This can help with debugging content permissions, i.e. to understand why a user can’t see a certain dashboard or workbook. ( **Note: You can’t impersonate another Organization Admin.** )

To impersonate a user, you’ll want to follow these steps:

- **Navigate to your Settings page**

- **Go to the Users section**

- **Click on a user, open the 3-dots menu in the top-right, and then click Impersonate User.**

- **Finally, you’ll need to provide a short reason for why you want to impersonate the user.** Then, you’ll be taken into your Omni instance as that user.
