When you’re editing a tile in your Workbook and then flip to the Dashboard view, the tile might look different than you were expecting. This is because **any relevant Dashboard filters will be applied to that tile once you’re viewing it on the Dashboard, which may add to or override filters that you applied in your Workbook**.

If you’d like to edit the tile exactly as you see it from the Dashboard, you can view it in Dashboard mode, click the 3 dots in the top right of the tile, then hit `Explore`. That’ll take you to Workbook mode with all of the dashboard filters applied.
