This very general error can appear for a number of reasons but the primary one is that the browser has interrupted the step where Omni is communicating with Google.
We’ve seen browser plugins and certain chromium based browsers with built in heightened security like Brave or Arc disrupt this step and leave us with a misleading/ambiguous error
Steps to try:

If you are using a more niche security oriented browser, try going through the google sheets delivery flow with something like Google Chrome or Safari if you’re on Mac

If you are using a more mainstream browser already – try the setup in Omni in an incognito window (most browser extensions by default will be off in incognito but may be worth checking to be sure)
If you are still encountering this error, please copy the full url from the google authentication model (starts with docs.google.com/…) and share that with the Omni support team.
