When you create a dashboard, if you have only ever looked at the “Table” AKA Results view of a query, that is what Omni will show on the dashboard by default.
However once you have opened up the “Chart” view, the latest configured Chart version is what will show up on the dashboard. If your dashboard is showing some sort of visualization, you can swap this to the Table Visualization type in the chart selector, and you should now see a table on your dashboard.
